Panic attacks can be very horrible experiences, making your heart race and your vision dim. It's not an experience most of us enjoy at all. I have researched the subject quite a bit, and have even had my own bouts with it--though not so much anymore due to the information I uncovered--which I will give you a little further down.
This blog is intended to provide a nice area for those of you who would like to learn more about what you can do to cut down, or even completely remove your--or a family member, or friends--panic attacks. I hope to provide help for panic attacks to those that are interested in reading.
Maybe you have them yourself, and are very tired of feeling so afraid that the next one is around the corner, waiting for you to stop watching for it's ugly maw. Or you could be a sister or brother, one of the worst feelings in the world is that of a family member unable to help a loved one through a troubling time.
Panic attacks are terrifying and can make you think your having a heart attack, or you might stop breathing because your chest is tight and you are not breathing normally. It's not something anyone should have to endure the possibility of day in and day out.
That is why it is so important to find help for panic attacks. If you just let it keep controlling you or a loved one, it will only get worse with time.
